We are understanding Yog after it became Yoga. Anyway better late than never. Yoga is a gift to humanity by Lord Shiva himself.

Over 15,000 years ago, predating all religion, Adiyogi(Lord Shiva), the first yogi, transmitted the science of yoga to his seven disciples, the Saptarishis. 

He expounded 112 ways through which human beings can transcend their limitations and reach their ultimate potential. Adiyogi’s offerings are tools for individual transformation, as individual transformation is the only way to transform the world. His fundamental message is that “in is the only way out” for human wellbeing and liberation. Yoga is not just twisting the body parts but to reach the maxiumum capability of a human being and evolve to the fullest level.

Bha_ra_ ta - the real meaning

                 We called this nation Bha-ra-ta, and one of the great kings of the past was Bharata. People say the country is named after him, but actually, he was named after the country. There are so many Bharats and Bharatis in this country – they are named after this nation

                                Bharat comes from bha – ra – ta.
Bhava means sensation. Seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touching are different types of sensations. Your whole experience of life is sensory right now. Or in other words, sensations are the basis of your experience. Bha means sensation, out of which emotion arises.
Ra means raga or the tune. The tune is not yours – existence has already set it. Now you have to find the rhythm, which is the tala.
If you find the right tala i.e. rhythm, you are a fantastic human being. If you miss the rhythm, you get crushed by the process of life.

Why this name and What I will read

India is a world by itself. All the intellectuals tried very hard to answer the question of what is India. But no one was able to articulate properly. Everyone made a version according to their own understanding. Bharat remained a great mystery for all thinkers and scholars around the world. Many countries are still confused (Even Indians) that how the culture, age-old tradition lived after so many invasions. In India, there is a whole together different set of people in every 50 Kms. There are uncountable castes, religions, creeds, languages, traditions and what not. All such characters make India the biggest case to study.  

In these Mystery Bharat blogs, the readers will get to know about the greatest, oldest and unique civilization i.e. India. The blogs will have everything from Indian history, geography, culture, scriptures, sculptures, cuisine. Some known and some unknown interesting facts. I will try to make it a weekly blog.
